Coating services
We offer the following System X ceramic coating services:
- System X Crystal+ — 2-Year Protection
- System X Pro+ — 6-Year Protection
Paint preparation is included as required. Before coating, the paint is assessed and appropriately prepared. Where correction is needed and safely achievable, machine polishing/correction is performed to improve the finish before coating application.
What affects coating performance
How a coating performs depends on proper paint preparation, application, curing time, ongoing maintenance and how the vehicle is used and stored.
About protection periods
Protection periods such as "2-Year" or "6-Year" describe the expected service life of the coating product with proper care. They are not a guarantee that the paint will stay free from scratches, chips, water spots, contamination or other physical damage.
Your maintenance responsibilities
Regular, gentle washing with appropriate products helps the coating last. We will share care guidance after your coating is applied. Following that guidance is the owner's responsibility.
What is not treated as an application defect
The following are not treated as defects in how the coating was applied:
- Accidents, collisions or impact damage, including rock chips
- Misuse, neglect or improper maintenance
- Harsh or unsuitable chemicals
- Automatic car washes, especially brush or friction washes
- Environmental fallout such as tree sap, bird droppings, industrial fallout or hard-water spotting left untreated
- Abrasion, scratches or physical damage
Reporting a concern
If you notice a concern with your coating, please contact us promptly so we can arrange to inspect the vehicle.

Any manufacturer-specific warranty or registration terms, where applicable, are separate from this information and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms.
