Communications, reminders and review requests

We may contact you by phone, text message or email about your booking, including appointment reminders and schedule updates. After your service we may send a request to leave a review. You can ask us to stop non-essential messages at any time by replying to the message or contacting us.

Payments

Payments and deposits may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, through our booking system. Card details are entered with and handled by those processors under their own privacy and security terms. We do not store full credit-card numbers.

Service providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate the business, such as booking and customer communication software (for example GoHighLevel), payment processing (for example Stripe), website hosting and review platforms. These providers handle information only as needed to provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Our website and embedded tools, such as booking calendars and the Google Reviews display, may use cookies or similar technologies to function properly and to understand how the site is used.
